参加登録と発表申込 Registration and abstract submission

大会の参加費は無料ですが、参加は学会会員に限ります。参加登録のみであれば大会当日まで可能です。発表申し込みは2023年10月15日（日）が期日となります。

Only members of Japan Society of Symbiosis can participate in this annual meeting. No registration fee is required. Registration for participation is open until the end of this meeting while that for participation and presentation is due on Oct 15th 2023.

• 研究発表をご希望の方は、下の演題登録も行ってください。

• 大会へは会員のみご参加いただけます。非会員の方はどうぞ入会をご検討ください（年会費2,000円）。入会は こちらのページ をご覧いただくか神川までご連絡ください。

Again, only members of Japan Society of Symbiosis can participate in this annual meeting. If you are interested in becoming a member of this society, please send an email to Ryoma Kamikawa, kamikawa.ryoma.7v@kyoto-u.ac.jp. 

Membership fee is 2,000 Japanese Yen/year. You can also join this society at the registration desk of SYMBIO2023.

演題登録 Abstract submission:

参加登録者は、一人何題でも発表（口頭発表あるいはポスター発表）ができます。申込数によっては、発表形式の変更をお願いすることもありますので、予めご了承ください。講演要旨の締め切りは、10月22日（日）です。

You may have one or more presentations, e.g., an oral presentation and a poster presentation.

You may be asked later to change your presentation form, e.g., from an oral to a poster presentation, depending on the number of accepted presentations. Abstract submission is due on Oct 22, 2023.

アブストラクトについて Abstract：

英文・和文アブストラクトは、大会の講演要旨集としてpdfで事前に学会会員全員にお送りします。原則、印刷体は作りません。発表タイトルと発表者のみHPのプログラム上で公開いたします。英文のアブストラクトのご提出は必須ではありませんが、英文のタイトル・著者名・所属のみは必ずご記入ください。また、アブストラクトの公開をお控えになりたいご事情がある場合には、英文・和文の演題をおおまかなものにし、講演要旨も一般的な記述に留める、あるいはごく短いものにされることをお勧めいたします。

• 本ページのアブストラクト用紙をダウンロードして、内容（できれば英文と和文の両方）をサンプルに上書きしてご記入の上、ワードファイルのまま以下のアドレスにメールでお送りください。

• 送付先：kamikawa.ryoma.7v@kyoto-u.ac.jp（神川龍馬）

• 件名は、演題登録（参加者氏名）としてください。

For expected presenters, please send the abstract, of which example is downloadable from this page, as a word file to Ryoma Kamikawa, kamikawa.ryoma.7v@kyoto-u.ac.jp, with the email title of “abstract submission [your name]”. The abstract submission is due on Oct 22, 2023.

Prior to the meeting, the abstract book as a pdf file will be provided to all the member of this society by email. Only titles and authors will be introduced in the “Program” page.
