Jalia Quiz Night - a huge success!

Jalia ran our fourth pub quiz event on Thursday 29th November. More than 100 people came along to the night and helped us to raise a staggering £1,044.20 - our most successful event so far! You can see photos from the night at the bottom of this page.

We will use £600 to send two more Kenyan kids to high school in 2013. Paul is 16 and lives at the Centre for Exceptionally Deprived Children, Beatrice is also 16 and her mum can't afford to send her to school even though she's an A-grade student. Thanks to our supporters we're giving these kids the opportunity to have an education and change their lives.

The remaining £444.20 will go towards our Christmas Campaign 2013. We're working with the United Disabled Persons of Laikipia to equip a children's wing in their new Disability Resource Centre.
