The chicken sales have been great this year, we have had 6 hatches throughout the year and we are now sitting with 3 Barnevelder hens POL and 2 Buff Sussex hens POL. We have bred and sold approx 60 birds this year, really without trying too hard. The four breeds we have chosen seem to be very popular, i suppose we shall see what next year brings.
Our very last babies at 14 weeks will be ready to go imminently, but we may keep them for early 2014 sales.
