SupportLinc EAP offers you objective, professional assistance at no cost to you or your immediate family. This program is both voluntary and confidential – SupportLinc makes every effort to safeguard your privacy. The call center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year and you will always speak with a live person.
Note: 6 sessions per issue are available.
Cost: Free, all services are available at no cost
Eligibility: All ISD employees and their household family members
Confidentiality: Strict confidentiality standards ensure no one will know you have accessed the program, without your written permission, except as required by law.
Services:
Short-term counseling (in person)
Example reasons: depression/anxiety, relationship issues, grief/loss, family or parenting issues, substance abuse
Initial contact with licensed professional counselor to develop care plan. They will assist in next steps including connecting you with a counselor/therapist for ongoing treatment if needed
Legal consultation
Financial expertise
Identity theft recovery
Dependent care referrals
Child and adult/elder care
Convenience resources
Home improvement, pet care, auto repair, travel, etc.
