How to Make an Appointment

Appointments are required.

Please schedule an appointment prior to arriving at the ISD Employee Health Clinic through one of the following methods.

If you are unable to make your appointment time, please call ahead to cancel, out of courtesy for other patients and the Clinic staff.

How to Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment

If you have an appointment but are unable to attend that appointment, please reschedule or cancel as far in advance as possible (preferably a day prior) via one of the following methods:

  • call the Clinic at (816) 521-5316 and Press 1, or

  • if you scheduled your appointment through the Everside Health patient portal online or in the mobile app, log in, visit the Home Page and click on your Upcoming Appointment. If you would like to reschedule, select 'Reschedule appointment' and you will be prompted to choose a new date and time for your appointment. If you would like to cancel, choose 'Cancel appointment.'


For Outside Lab Orders, Please Note:

All outside lab orders should be faxed to the ISD Employee Health Clinic prior to your appointment to minimize your wait time.
