Today, and despite all the hazards they encounter (globalization of services, market restructuring, pandemia, armed conflicts, etc.), the information systems of transport companies are becoming increasingly complex and their criticality is reaching unprecedented peaks: successive additions of "off the shelf" application bricks and SaaS services, interoperability as they are integrated, point-to-point interfaces, digital technologies, omnichannel distribution, etc.

It becomes very complicated and time/resource consuming for the Company to master its Information System, and to ensure a real coherence in its structuring and evolution. The risk is simply to make the whole thing unreadable and to create a very strong inertia in the changes!

Il devient très compliqué et très consommateur de temps/ressources pour l'Entreprise de maîtriser son Système d’Information, et d’assurer une vraie cohérence dans sa structuration et son évolution. Le risque induit est simplement de rendre le tout illisible et de créer une inertie très forte dans les changements !

Pourtant, l’agilité des entreprises est primordiale et cette agilité se matérialise au quotidien, en exigences concrètes vis-à-vis du Système d’Information : concevoir un SI à un instant T ne suffit plus !
