Recording Yourself for Project Presentations

Class,

with the larger class size, we are not able to present everyone's projects in class. As a result you are asked to record your presentations. Ideally this would include your screen, plus your "talking head". Below are some options for accomplishing recordings.

Zoom: open start, select "Start Video" to record your video. Turn your mic on. Select "Share Screen", and chose the screen you want to share. Now that you’re ready to record, hover your mouse into the green area where your meeting ID is displayed. A menu bar will show up. Click on “More,” then choose if you want to record on your computer or record from the Cloud. Once you’re finished recording, go back to the menu bar, click “more,” and select “End meeting.” You'll get email with link to the recording.

Screen recorder: Use a screen recording app to capture your screen. Then display your slides (and hopefully your video of yourself).
