* Portraits in 3d

Most photographic portraits neglect a fundamental aspect of reality of the face - that of depth. Hence the portraits seldom look like the person who was imaged, or at least, not in respect to the depth of their person. Here is a portrait of a little girl in 3d. Notice how the depth adds to an appreciation of her personality. Both a 2d and 3d image are inserted below. You need red/cyan glasses to see the 3d. Notice how the 3d portraits gives you a sense of the real presence of the little girl. Her jawline, her cheekbone, her hair are seen, in the 3d version, as they really and truly are seen when two eyes peer on to her countenance. Otherwise, in the 2d version, her personality seems less obvious, the Mona Lisa like smile is missing the accentuation she intended. She said "this is my mona lisa pose."
