My main interests are mechanisms for 1) formation and maintenance of populations/communities in ecosystems, 2) environmental responses of organisms. My main approaches are genetics/genomics, field surveys, laboratory experiments, and big data analysis. I also aim to apply the basic knowledge obtained by researches to conservation and practical use of bioresources. I am also continuing collaborative researches through massive DNA information analysis and statistical methods.
