Pictures should always be acknowledged even if they are from free clip art servers. Details are arranged as below:

More than one author.
Use first author named and then the words “and others”
e.g. Tonkin, J. and others (2007) Wikis and Blogs,
Heinemann, Durban.
No Author:
The title will be used in the same way as the author’s last name would have been.
e.g. Wikis and Blogs (2007) Heinemann, Durban.
One Editor:
The editor’s name is used as the author, with (Ed) written in brackets after the name.
e.g. Tonkin, J. (Ed) (2007) Wikis and Blogs, Heinemann, Durban.
References with no date:
Use (n.d.) in place of the date i.e. (no date)
All in-text references whether a direct quote, or a paraphrase (indirect quote) are to be written with the reference number placed immediately after the quotation, e.g.
Direct Quote
“South Africa has been slow to embrace the challenge of information technology” [1]
Indirect Quote
Sunder [1] believes that South Africans haven’t fully realised the benefits of information technology.
