Keeping the faith response
Your "Keeping the Faith" column is what I'd like to see more of - Americans with the backbone to speak up in public about the silliness of religion. I expect you'll get a lot of disapproving email from the religionists for that column, but there really is a large silent near-majority that thinks like you and I do and takes courage from those of us like you who are not intimidated and speak your mind.
Keep up the good work Ian.

What you said was pretty bold and I enjoyed reading your thoughts in your article "Keeping the Faith."
If you are curious about some of the things we are doing to protect our civil liberties as non believers, or if you are just curious about humanism, skepticism and modern atheism, I think you'd enjoy http://www.atheistnexus.org. I run the news feed for that site as a volunteer and just got done posting a link to your article there. I understand that your article was not an invitation to proselytizing, but it is always exciting for us to see people in the media with the integrity to say the things you said.
At any rate, it's a standing invitation.
Thanks again!
