Booking a room

To book one of the labs or smaller rooms :  https://thenationalrobotarium.skedda.com/booking (to get access to this system email Elaine Hammond: e.hammond@hw.ac.uk )

To book a larger meeting room (e.g. Multiflex) or Atrium: email Elaine Hammond: e.hammond@hw.ac.uk  and fill out the booking form 

To book catering for your meeting, email: conference@hw.ac.uk   

Booking a robot

Keycard access

You can enter the front door of the NR without a keycard, and use various meeting rooms etc.

To access labs your staff /student card will need to be activated: email  Elaine Hammond: e.hammond@hw.ac.uk

Hotdesking

Staff and students can book hotdesks - to gain access to the booking system:
