Sub : Benefit of Super time Scale of Pay in respect of Shri Harjinder Singh, ex-member of
W.B.J.S. and lately posted as the Chairman, West Bengal Co-operative Tribunal.
Sir,
I am directed to inform y ou that Shri Harjinder Singh, an ex-member of W.B.J.S. lately posted as Chairman Co-operative Tribunal, has been allowed the benefit of Supertime Scale of Pay of Rs.70290-1540-76450/- vide Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta Notification No.241-R(JS) dated 17.01.2013 read with this Department Notification No.340-J dated 28-01-2013 w.e.f. 01.11.2010.
Prior to the aforesaid benefit Shri Singh was drawing pay at Rs.64450/- in the scale of pay of Rs.57700-1230-58930-1380-67210-1540-70290/- w.e.f. 01.11.2010.
Thus his pay may now be fixed at Rs.70,290/- p.m. in the revised Super time Scale of Pay of Rs. 70290-1540-76450/- w.e.f. 01.11.2010 in terms of this Deptt’s Order No.440/JD/L/2S7-/09 dated 08.07.2010 and Order No.7039-J dated 06-12.2012.
He retired on superannuation on 31.05.2011. (A.N.).
The concerned D.D.O. & Treasury Officer are being informed accordingly.
This order supersedes all previous orders.

2. In addition he will be entitled to dray house rent allowance and sumptuary allowance as may be admissible to him under the rules/orders.
