The Governor is hereby pleased to allow in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta, the benefit of the Assured Career Progression (ACP) to the following 530 ( Five hundred and thirty ) West Bengal Judicial Service Officers (Officers other than District Judges and in the rank of District Judges) in the three stages -1 (Rs.750 – 300 – 13,150 -350 – 14,900/-), II (Rs.12,850 – 300 – 13,150 -350 - - 15,950 – 17,950/-) & III (Rs.14,200 – 350 – 15,950 – 400 – 18,350/- ) respectively with effect from the dates as mentioned besides their names, in terms of Part 'B' of Schedule I of the West Bengal Judicial Service ( ROPA ) Rules, 2003 vide Finance Department Memo No.10515-F Dated 01-10 -2003:-
