Group shirts recommendations:
· Research a professional t-shirt company. Things you want to look at is:
* Prices – play around with designs and how many would it be in 25 shirts, 50 shirts, 100 shirts and take notes. Do they offer name placement on the back of the shirt for free or for an additional charge?
* shipping cost (Free is what you really want to look at because professional companies usually only make one big shipment and that will go to the Admin’s house to sort the shirts out and reship out to the other members)
* Amount of time to complete and ship orders
* Bulk order ability
* Designs
· Once you have found a company, design a shirt and let members know in advance there will be a sign up to buy group shirts that will all match for a large photo at the meet and greet. Please also inform them that because you are telling them in advance the design might change if the company designs change but it will be the same concept.
· Be very clear you’re only accepting PayPal for payment and shirts will be shipped out after you receive them. Let the members know the cost of shirts, and the cost options for USPS flat rate shipping. For 2 shirts or less I would recommend the small flat rate envelope. Anything more then 2 shirts I would recommend a medium flat rate box. We were able to put 10 shirts into a medium flat rate box.
· Members who live in the United States can have their shirts shipped. Members who live internationally can pick them up at one of the Meet and Greets. Do not have all the members pick up shirts at the meet and greet because luggage may not arrive until 5:30pm. We thought of having the members pick them up at the meet and greet to save money on shipping, but members demanded it to be shipped before the cruise anyways.
· A month before your PIF (paid in full) date start a Google sign up form to take information and receive payments.
Here is an example of what that posting can look like:
Now accepting orders for group T-Shirts, last day to place order (with payment) is June 30, 2017, order will be placed at midnight (US Central Time). With your order it includes an invoice and a tracking number from USPS. USPS shipped items will be insured by the company.
Once order is placed the following can be expected:
1. It will take approximately 3-4 weeks to deliver (providing there are no delays from the manufacturer)
2. PayPal payment accepted only. After order is received, with in 3-5 days you will receive a request by PayPal to make payment, order will not be finalized till payment is received.
3. Color and Shirt Designs cannot be changed
4. Because we are ordering in bulk, all orders will be final
5. Pricing and shipping cost will be provided on the sign up
6. This applies to US customer orders, orders outside of US will receive order at meet and greet, no shipping available.
Allow 2 months for ordering or what works best after the paid in full date.

· Check the sign up form every other day at least.
· If a member signs up you will need to fill out an invoice form with PayPal and send it to them by email. Using the phone number option was messy and sometimes did not work. I would NOT recommend sending invoices by phone numbers because everyone’s phone is different.
Make your invoice very clear.
Example:
(you will need to do the math on the PayPal transaction fee with every order to make sure you are not paying out of pocket)

Orders will be placed on June 30th, tracking numbers will be emailed when shipped.
Google sign up can be transformed into a spreadsheet. You can use the sheet to highlight who has paid you. You will need to stay on top of sending and receiving payment information.
Refunds with PayPal are very easy if someone backs out before you place the shirt order.
Give a count down reminder for when the sign up is closed. A week out, 5 days out, 3 days left, one day left, TODAY AT 5 PM its closed.
Otherwise some people will feel that you didn’t give enough notice.
Once you have collected the payments for the shirts and the shipping you can place your shirt order. Let the members know when you expect to receive the shipment. Let the members know when you plan on sorting and shipping back out to their homes.
With PayPal you can give tracking numbers to each invoice you sent. Just go back to that invoice and click “add tracking.” You can also double check the members address on PayPal. If it doesn’t match, just send a message to verify the address the member gave you in the Google sign up form.

They accept PayPal so I didn’t have to transfer money into my bank account to buy the shirts. They have a design team, costumer service online and you can call them. Shirts are made in the USA! J They also use eco-friendly as much as they can. This company has disney fonts, designs and cruise designs you can use.
They are located in Pennsylvania. I live in Iowa online and ordered with no problems.
