The Belgian Army was among the first to make extensive use of these armoured cars.
The armoured cars didn't have much use when the front line was stable so the Minerva armoured cars and several hundred Belgian soldiers were sent to Russia where they saw action against Austrian troops in Galicia.
Many armoured car detachments made raids against German positions a lot easier and quicker.
