简历：日本东松蔭大学副校长兼管理学院副教授。1979年8月出生、日本慶應義塾大学经济学系本科文学学士(2002年), 美国芝加哥大學社會科學院文学硕士(2004年)，美国西北大学工学及应用科学院科学硕士(2005), 哈佛大学公共卫生学院科学博士(全球健康与人口系,2012年) 、2013年元月任英國牛津大學跨学科区域研究院日本经济系讲师、2014年10月任松蔭大学管理学院副教授兼副校长。研究方向是醫療經濟學、人口學，比较法和經濟學（日本和亞洲经济）、人權和貧困。
