Comcast: Spoilsport for Disney-Fox?

The shakeout and reorganization in the media and entertainment industry gets into high gear, as AT&T Time Warner make a bid to merge, Sinclair and Tribune do, Disney and Fox aim for a big merger - and then Comcast steps in to purchase Sky UK, which was itself part of the merger through Fox's efforts to purchase Sky UK and hand it over to Disney.
