The Simplest Fat Bomb — Chocolate
Step 1 — Melt coconut oil or butter in a pan at low heat. Once liquified, mix in the same amount of cacao powder until you have a homogenous chocolate mixture. It is best to start with a small amount like a quarter cup of each.
Step 2 — Turn off the heat source and add in anything else you want to be in your chocolate--you can add erythritol, stevia, or sucralose for some sweetness, and/or mix in nuts or some cinnamon or vanilla.
Then pour it into a plate, wax paper, cookie sheet, or silicone container, and put it in the fridge until it solidifies (2-4 hours) or in freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3 — Eat and Enjoy: Go to refrigerator or freezer, break off a piece of your chocolate, and enjoy. Keep cold!
