I don't eat a lot of plants. I like them, but feel better when I don't eat of of them. I now do not believe they are necessary or healthy for every person. Some people are fine with plants; others are not. There isn't only one way, but I believe sugar, additives, processed foods are actually the main problem in most people's diets. I can live without eating veggies, but I LIKE THEM, especially asparagus, so I eat a lot of asparagus almost every day. So yummy!

It may be a myth that fiber is needed, or even helpful for constipation. Perhaps the opposite is true for some. Click to read a scientific study showing how when 63 (idiopathic constipated) participants stopped eating fiber completely, it completely eliminated constipation and bloating. It also noted even reducing dietary fiber intake reduced constipation and its associated symptoms. It could be true that eating fiber on a poor diet could be helpful.
