This special team is an unarmed drill team which competes throughout the school year. The unarmed drill team consists of an inspection, regulation, and exhibition. Inspection is when the whole team is asked questions by inspectors and judged on their bearing and knowledge. The regulation team competes by completing a regulation drill sequence that consists of unarmed drill and marching.  Exhibition is when the team competes by performing a sequence of unarmed drill that is not regulated in order to make interesting movements to impress judges, as well as drill the team also uses some step-team sequences; Step-Team is a form of percussive routine in which you use your body as an instrument clapping, snapping, stomping, etc.
