The Physical fitness team enhances team building and improving physical fitness. These cadets work out early in the morning on a weekly basis to prepare for the Drill Meets. They compete in a variety of events, such as pull-ups, mile runs, relay races, etc. They also train for the Cadet Challenge, it consists of five events: Push-ups in a minute, Sit-ups in a minute, Mile Run, Shuttle Run, and Flexibility Test,
