Grow My Business By Growing Myself

While watching Dave Ramsey on YouTube, I discovered that Ramsey Solutions operates several additional channels. One of them, EntreLeadership, particularly stood out to me. The show emphasizes business growth through personal development and strategic direction rather than simply expanding staff. After watching many of their YouTube Shorts, I realized that I do not aspire to have employees or build a large organization. Instead, I need to grow my business in a different way, by prioritizing my own growth.
