BP, from 1998-2002 and subsequent revivals consisted of:
- J.Claude Rohner (g, voc. hp),
- Urs Witschi (b),
- Nigel Whinyates (dr),
- Gregor Heinrich (g, voc, hp)
I found this band via a announcement in a music store. At the time there was still Martin Rychen on drums (until March 2001). This band was stressfree, and it was fun to add some spice. The sound was good - and the band soon got to be known in the region, with gigs in Basel and surroundings, central Switzerland, and even at a large festival in Les Diablerets (VD, Switzerland, not far from Montreux).
A memorable event: the CD SO LONG (recorded ad produced at the famous baselcitystudios, bsc 0111013), mixed by Thomas Strebel, who had also recorded the soundtrack of Oscar-winning movie "Nirgendwo in Afrika"("Nowhere in Africa").

BP, with various musicians disbanded in November 2009. Claude formed “Mangoblue”, Urs was with “Extended Search”, Gregor in Mexico (from 2002-2012) with "Work in Progress - WiP"
