While nearly everyone is familiar with our Cookie Sales in the winter, Fall Product sales of nuts, candies, magazines, and photo keepsakes provides much of the current year's operating budget for many troops.
Being involved in the Fall Product Program ensures girls are learning to become leaders. A girl becomes a leader by discovering, connecting and taking action to make the world a better place. For girls to become leaders, they need to:
--Understand their values and use their knowledge and skills to explore their world (Discover)
--Care about, inspire and team with others locally (Connect)
--Act to make the world a better place and to make a difference in their communities (Take Action)

Troop Fall Product Program Manager assigned to a current Registered Adult Volunteer
Have two unrelated, background checked Registered Adult Volunteers assigned to Troop Leadership
Troop bank account is active
Completed 2026-2027 Product Program Manager Agreement & Debt Form
Completed 2026-2027 Product Program Caregiver Permission Form
If your troop is K-5th and has less than 5 girls registered, or if it's 6th-12th with less than 3 girls registered, you must be listed as "open" in the catalog

Remember, all forms AND the online training must be completed by 9/12 in order to gain early access to M2

9/12 Volunteers who are "Product Program Ready" will gain early access to M2
9/19 Fall Product Program officially begins
10/23 Troops begin paper order card entries
10/26 Send reminders to parents/caregivers to get paper order card entries in online
10/28 Parent paper order card entries due
10/29 All deposits are due in troop bank account (if you have any cash orders)
Non-ACH payments are due to Council office
10/31 Troop Product Program Managers email Service Unit Product Program Manager to confirm all paper order card entries are correct
11/2 Reward opt out deadline
Care to Share Deadline
Troop Final Payment Due
Fall Product Program officially ends at midnight
11/6 Troops begin to see credits/drafts to bank accounts
VIP Movie Night - invite only for Scouts who sell at least 5 items
11/11 Product delivery to SUPM's home. Once all items are sorted, SUPM will contact each troop for pickup
Caregiver Materials - GSUSA is trying to cut back on paper material waste, so all materials for the Fall Product Program are now available online only. If you require printed materials, you can print these yourself or reach out to request to have some printed.
