Join Jennifer Snyder and Matt Russell from GovQA as they present findings on the influx of complexity and volume of electronic informational requests during the time of the pandemic and beyond. GovQA has recently conducted a study of over 250 different state and local governments and has measured anonymized data on a quarterly basis, which has produced jaw dropping evidence of new complexities that didn't exist 5 years ago in the way people request information and exchange data. During the presentation GovQA will go over how this statistically significant data can be used to understand the mechanics of the public records process; data management best practices, assess the impact of significant events on information sharing; forecast the future state of the industry; and support tech investments to streamline workflows. For those interested in learning more, a brief demo will be available after the presentation.
