ENGL 2413: Introduction to Literature
ENGL 2413: Introduction to Literature serves as an introduction to literary study in three genres: fiction, poetry, and drama. It will do so with an eye towards exploring such ideas as what makes a piece of writing literary, how a piece of writing can embody and address the concerns of a given group of people, and what it means to be human. The assigned readings and coursework, which will be discussed in files and subpages linked below, will take students through the processes of such explorations.
