About a year ago I bought an Epson XP-4150 printer as a replacement for my Canon MG5600 one. That one died because of clogged print headers, unfortunately.
With the new Epson printer you can define your own printer preference profiles. However, you can't set those profiles as default profiles just-like-that.
To make the profiles the default ones, open the control panel on Windows 10. Then:
Select Hardware and Sound
Select Devices and Printers
Right-click on the Epson icon
Select Printing Preferences
Select the profile/preset you want as default one
Next time you want to print something, the profile selected in the Printing Preferences box will be the selected one.
