We have been with Vintage Security for over 11 years now, and have been more than pleased. We recently wanted to bring our system up to current standards, so Mike Herbert came out to talk with us. Wow! Such impressive knowledge (30+ years of experience), and absolutely NO PRESSURE to purchase features or services we would not need or use. We even learned that we had "loyalty" credits with the company ($50 per year of service), which dramatically lowered our cost! He returned to install the necessary components himself, and took lots of time instructing us on the use of the new equipment, making sure we understood its operation.
