Volintary movement.
There are 5 kinds of movement
Shift: move 1 square (or more for some abilities). Do not provoke opportunity attack
Walk: move your speed. Provoke opportunity attacks for adjacent enemies
Run: move your speed +2, -2 to attack rolls and provoke opportunity attacks
Sprint: move twice your speed. -5 to attack rolls against you and provoke opportunity attacks. Requires 2 move actions.
Teleport: move some distance, ignoring terrain.
Special movements: burrowing, flying, swimming, climbing.
Forced movement: never provokes opportunity attacks
Push: move away from source
Shift: move a direction determined by ability or user.
Special notes: if you would be pushed into a hazard, make a save. If successful, you remain outside of hazard.
