This is the damage that happened at Cal Speedway.

Options on the table:

    • Give up and part out the car.
    • Rebuild existing engine.
    • Rebuild and go 2.0T
    • Put in junk engine with existing tune
    • Put in junk engine and stay at K04 power

All the injectors have since been sent out to be cleaned and tested. #4 was not flowing properly. But the damage is in both 3 and 4.

Note:

    • Complete install of Zietronix
    • Per APR, OK to install EGT in manifold at #4. Need to use Titanium drill bit and tap.

Per Joshua Murray:

    • Use K type EGTs good to 1350C
    • 1000C is the max you want to see
    • Configure to alarms
    • Mount 1" from cylinder head
    • 12:1 is way too lean on the track unless you are running Elf 124 or VP118
