The Super Mutants of the wasteland are quite enigmatic in nature; their origin, goal, culture and biology are all a mystery. All that is known is that they are extremely territorial, dangerous and aggressive.
They are capable of wielding an arsenal of firearms and possess high amounts of physical strength. Engaging them in melee will result in them punting their target away with a strong punch, inflicting moderate damage.
Super Mutants are known to settle in underground bunkers, often stationing guards at the entrances to their home. These guards are not initially hostile, but will warn people who come near, prompting them to leave.
There seem to be several classes of Super Mutants; Skirmishers, Brutes and Masters. Skirmishers seem to use hunting rifles and melee weapons, Brutes will wield Assault Rifles and Shotguns while Masters brand large Gatling Lasers.
Super Mutants cannot be taken lightly. They are just as strong, if not stronger than most Wastelanders. Their only downfall is their intelligence, as they can be eluded just as easily as any other creature.
