Every animal receiving an injectable vaccination is required by federal law to be examined first. Vaccines are not harmless and can make your pet sick—especially if your pet is not at its healthiest.
6-8 weeks-
Comprehensive physical exam, Vaccination including Distemper, Hepatitis (adenovirus), Parainfluenza, Parvovirus,
intestinal parasite screening (bring in fresh 1 tablespoon of your pets stool)
deworming
11-12 weeks-
Same Distemper combo + leptospirosis, start heartworm preventative (Sentinel, Interceptor Plus, or Revolt)
Fecal exam & deworming
12 weeks-
Rabies (again in 1 year then every 3 years according to state law)
14-16 weeks-
Same as weeks 11-12 weeks
6 months +/- Schedule spay or neuter
Annually
Comprehensive physical exam,

Options- Kennel cough for puppies & dogs that frequent a groomer, boarding or frequent visits to a park

Comprehensive physical exam, first FVRCP vaccination including (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Chlamidia, Panleukopenia aka distemper and Calicivirus) all in one dose
intestinal parasite screening (bring in fresh 1 tablespoon of your pets stool)

11-12 weeks-
2nd FVRCP vaccination

12 weeks-
first Rabies vaccine (good for 1 year)
14-16 weeks-
3rd FVRCP Vaccination

6 months +/- Schedule spay or neuter
Annually
Comprehensive physical exam,
Vaccinations including FVRCP vaccination including (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Chlamidia, Panleukopenia aka distemper and Calicivirus) all in one dose
Rabies at 1 year then repeat every 3 years.
**Outside cats are at a higher risk for diseases like Leukemia and Feline Aids (FIV) and FIP. Preventative vaccination for leukemia are recommended and to have testing and vaccinations.
