2025 Season is CLOSED

In order to allow the swimmers the most benefit from their practice times, please do not talk to the coach during practice times. Leave a note, text or email.

Swimmers are expected to practice as much as their summer schedule allows.

Please be sure to have your swimmer to practice early, so they can be ready to START practice as soon as their time slot begins.

~2025 Meets & Special Events~

Home meets check-in time 7:30am, 8:00 warm ups

Away meets check-in time 8:00am. 8:30 warm ups

May 27: Swim team practice begins
June 14: Stingray Time Trials
June 21: Foresthill at Grass Valley
June 28: Auburn Lake Trails at Foresthill
July 5: BYE
July 12: Auburn Racquet Club at Foresthill
July 19: Foresthill at Lake of the Pines
July 26: Lake Wildwood at Foresthill
Aug 2: Champs at Bear River (TBD)
Aug 3: Swim Team Awards Ceremony and Pool Party

~2025 Practices~

Monday - Friday

8 year-old and under - 4:00pm - 4:30pm
9 & 10 year-olds - 4:30pm - 5:15pm
11 & 12 year-olds - 5:15pm - 6:00pm
13 & 14 - 6:00pm to 6:45pm (until June 9th)
15 - 18 - 6:45pm to 7:30pm (until June 9th)

After June 9th:

13 & 14 - 8am to 9am
15 - 18 - 9am to 10am
