• • Barbecues near the building are prohibited by international fire code (and enforced by the Juneau Fire Department);

  • Cooking in the parking lot is prohibited by the Forest Glen bylaws;

  • Grills are available throughout the town in public picnic areas.

• The Elevator

• • Please help prevent pea gravel and debris from getting in the door track: Small debris causes door jams.

  • Using the lift contributes to the association's common electricity bill: Please consider taking the stairs if possible.

  • In case you are stuck inside the lift:

    • The property manager can resolve minor issues: Please consider trying his number first.

    • Using the emergency phone connects to the elevator maintenance company's emergency dispatch.

  • If you smell smoke: Call 911 and pull the nearest fire alarm.

  • If the lift is not operating properly or you hear the alarm going, please call our property manager.

  • The inspection certificate is posted at Maintenance Record

    • The lot above our parking lot is zoned residential, however the board is not aware of plans to develop it as of 2/13/14. The Vista project water/sewer runs through the forest above our land.
