- May 10, 1982: The land for Forest Glen passes from the Trustees of the Tallwood Trust to Forestedge Condos, Inc. via a Statutory Warrant Deed certified by State of Alaska 1st Judicial District
- October 10, 1983: Articles of Incorporation of Forest Glen Condominium Association certified at State of Alaska 3rd Judicial DIstrict (note: Anchorage district instead of Juneau; not a typo)
- February 21, 1984: Forest Glen Condominium Nonprofit Corporation certificate issued by State of Alaska
- November 14, 1984: Both the Declarations and Bylaws certified and recorded by State of Alaska 3rd Judicial DIstrict
- January 31, 1985: The State of Alaska 3rd Judicial DIstrict certified and recorded an amendment to the declarations; the amendment facilitates the approval of Veterans loan guarantees (by adding a physical description of the condos to the declarations)
- January 27, 1992: The Declarations are Amended to state that assessments (including dues) are considered late after the 5th of the month in which they are due, and that the late charge is $25.00 with interest and recorded at the state
- January 25, 1993: The Association unanimously passed a amendment to the bylaws to change all references to "audit" to "independent review"; however, this was never recorded and certified by the state-- or if it was, the certification is no longer in our files. Note: reviews are not as thorough as an audit, but more affordable
- January 20, 1997: The Elevator Full Service Agreement currently in force with TKE was accepted by the Forest Glen Secretary; at that time the company issuing the agreement was Alaska Pacific Elevator
- November 7, 1997: The Road Maintenance Agreement between Forest Glen and Forest Edge was signed; if a notarized copy exists, we do not have it on file
- April-November, 1999: CBJ replaced water and sewer mains in the Belleview subdivision (Forest Glen's neighborhood) and installed underground storm drainage among other engineering work. City assessments for work bundled with property taxes 2000-2001. (City project name: Belleview Paving LID)
- August 28, 2000: Resolution No. 2000-1 amended the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws with specific wording in order to comply with HUD legal requirements so that units would qualify with FHA financing
- December 31, 2000: Resolution No. 2000-1 only as it amended the Articles of Incorporation is recorded by the state
- March 19, 2000: The Resolution No. 2000-1 as it amended both the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws is recorded by the state; on the same day, the State of Alaska issued a Certificate of Amendment stating that Resolution No. 2000-1's amendment conformed with law
- December 7, 2005: The Association unanimously passed a amendment to the bylaws to change all references to "Board of Directors composed of three (3) persons" to "Board of Directors composed of four (4) members plus and appointed member-at-large, with two (2) directors being duly elected each year at the annual meeting and each director serving a two-year term." However, this was never recorded and certified by the state-- or if it was, the certification is no longer in our files.
- August 9, 2003: Roof and eve inspection report prepared by John K. Bowman found repairs needed. Hand written undated note says M&M did work, expect soffits.
- April 7, 2006: Roof inspected by Roust Property Inspections, LLC.
- 2007: The Association took out an Alaska Housing Finance Corporation loan to pay for a new roof (through Design North, noted here: http://www.desnorth.com/COMPLETEDJOBS2007.htm) and plumbing repairs (pin-hole leaks sealed with http://www.aceduraflo.com/)
- September 15, 2009: Joint Board of Directors meeting with Forest Edge on issues of mutual concern.
- June 2012: CBJ re-paved David St.
- August 11, 2012: John Cooper, Integrity Real Estate Inspections, performed a building inspection on Forest Glen to inform repair work needed
