Rose Parade Float Decorating is a time-honored tradition. This site is developed to help you get acquainted with your role in creating these floating artistic masterpieces. There is a lot of information, we ask that you please read it carefully.

2027 Parade Registration

Important: ONLY register CONFIRMED participants! We are counting on the numbers you say are coming.

You can ALWAYS add people that have not yet confirmed at a later time by contacting us via email.

Dry Decorating Shift Times

2026 Parade Dry Decorating Dates- 10 years old & up! Work dates are in 2025

Two Shifts Per Day: 8am-12pm and 1pm to 4pm

*Please Note* More shifts may be added and/or the later December shifts may be cancelled if the work is all completed

Floral Decorating Shift Times

2026 Parade Floral Decorating Dates- ONLY 12 years old & up! Work dates are in 2025

(especially need older teens and adults for the late shift on 12/30, fresh and wide awake!)

Read very carefully "What I Need To Know" and "FAQ" Pages BEFORE you register.

Only register for the date(s) your group can commit to - some groups will be limited to (1) dry or (1) floral shift due to NOT showing up for their scheduled shift in the previous years decorating event.
