 Classes offered (all 30 min long)

Circuit Training 8/12 Weeks ($75/$112): Full body workout with over a dozen different exercises, using timed intervals.  Focus on overall strength, core, and cardio bursts to keep heart rate up. Great for any fitness level, as exercises are adapted for your individual needs.  Moderate Intensity 

  • Mondays: 4:30pm 
  • Wednesdays: 1:00pm 
  • Wednesdays: 5:30pm 
  • Thursdays: 5:00pm 
 Core Training 8/10/12 Weeks ($74/$94/$112): Core focus using a variety of equipment and exercises to make your core the strongest is has ever been.  Sessions centered on the abs, back, hips and butt.  Moderate Intensity
  • Mondays 1:00pm 
  • Tuesdays 4:30pm 
  • Wednesdays 5:00pm 
  • Thursdays 4:30pm 
  • Saturdays 8:45am 
Fusion Session 10 Weeks ($94): This class in a fusion of the core and circuit classes. There will be specific core focus as well as strength conditioning with cardio bursts mixed in. *Starts Feb 15, 2018. Moderate Intensity 
  • Thursdays 2:00pm
HIIT Session 10 Weeks ($94): High Intensity Interval Training.  This is a timed interval session, where you work at your own intensity, but push MUCH harder than in a normal workout. Recommended for those who are currently exercising. High Intensity
  • Saturdays 8:00am 
Youth Fundamental Fitness Session 12 Weeks ($112): These sessions will teach your youth the fundamentals of fitness.  They will learn proper mechanics for strength exercises, work on building strong cores, complete weekly agility drills, and learn how to properly stretch.  Great for young athletes, or to get your child moving more and interested in fitness!
  • Wednesdays 4:00pm-4:40pm  *Note this is a 40 min class* SOLD OUT!
