Prevention is the best medicine. Is moving getting more challenging? Are you experiencing more joint pain? Finding yourself more fatigued? A balanced strength and flexibility regimen can help you regain energy and lessen, if not rid you entirely, of those aches and pains. Make those daily tasks and activities enjoyable again!

Getting Started:

Before you begin your training with Nicole, she will perform various movement screens on you to determine where you may have certain flexibility and strength issues. At this time, your health and medical history will be discussed, as well as your own goals. You also have the option to have initial measurements and/or body fat taken. With this information, Nicole decides where to begin personalizing your workout plan and how best to advance that plan, from session to session.


No equipment is necessary to start. Nicole can get you the supplies (basic tubing and a stability ball) if you do not have them. Or you can work with what you already have access to. Nicole also brings extra items along to sessions, such as, TRX suspension trainer, medicine balls, BOSU trainer, balance discs, foam rollers and various other training tools.


Nicole trains clients in her private studio located in Plover. Nicole will also come and train you in the comfort of your own home
