Nicole has 25 years experience working with a variety of clientele. The first half of her career was spent in the Chicago and Minneapolis areas. Since landing in Central Wisconsin with her family, she has been running Fit With Nicole, LLC locally in-studio, and virtually around the country/world.
Currently her sessions focus on joint mobility, muscle imbalances and corrective exercises, helping those with chronic pain and injuries. After suffering for many years with chronic neck pain and migraines, Nicole started doing research and came to find her issues stemmed from muscle imbalances. Since handling her own pain, she has become an expert in helping others manage and reduce their pain.
Continuing education is a must for Nicole. She is constantly researching how to help her clients, attending conferences, and virtually learning the latest techniques and exercises.
