Have fun while getting in a serious workout! Join Nicole in the great outdoors for this Bootcamp style workout. We will be mixing up agility drills, team games and weekly challenges, as well as, strength, cardio, and core building circuits. This is a 40 Minute, fun and challenging workout. Bootcamp runs in summer, June-August. Registration opens in May.
2019: Unfortunately my schedule does not allow for me to run Bootcamp this year. We'll see what 2020 brings and hopefully we can get back outdoors!

What do I need:
Please bring a yoga MAT or towel for ground exercises, WATER and a GREAT ATTITUDE!
All fitness levels are welcome! (Recommended that you are currently active)
Packages may be purchased in 8, 12, or 16 session quantities. Sessions redeemed when you attend. Each participant must purchase their own package. *NO refunds for unused sessions*
