What's Special About Our LARP Scenarios?

The FYI team has more than 45 years of combined experience writing and presenting LARP events for private groups and at conventions across the Midwest. We take pride in creating and running enjoyable, parlor-style LARPs that are full of surprising plots and unique twists, and we like introducing players to the hobby. Our event runners are always happy to offer advice and guidance, and most of our events include roles for people who never played a LARP before.

Many of our current and planned published scenarios draw inspiration from the gothic horror soundtracks of Midnight Syndicate, which you hear playing every year at Halloween stores and haunted house attractions across the USA. If you want to introduce your friends and family to LARPing but can't bring them all to a convention, our pre-packaged LARP scenarios let you run an enjoyable and memorable event and contain almost everything you need, including but not limited to the following:

•    Historical information and context for the scenario

•    Informative character sheets and useful player handouts

•    Game Master (GM) plot summaries and reference sheets

•    Tips for advertising your event and attracting players

We strive to include great advice for GMs in all our products, but we recommend that you feel comfortable running parlor-style LARPs (or at least table-top RPGs) before you try running one of our events.
