WHO

Everyone who got an email.

Folks are encouraged to extend the invites to fellow poker players who'd enhance the evening, be they family, friends, coworkers, etc.  You're vouching that their presence should enhance everyone's experience.  If this is your first time, then please come and experience our game first before inviting additional folks.  MOST IMPORTANTLY: shoot a message out to the hosts to let them know you're bringing a +1.  There's a lot of setup work done ahead of opening the doors, and last-minute monkey-wrenches seriously gum up the works.

WHAT

The tournament(s) are announced via email and on the schedule page for the current season.  Generally there is also a low-stakes spread-limit dealer's choice cash game for folks to jump into as we accumulate tournament bust-outs.

HOW

Details on the structure are listed on the structure page.

HOW TO COMMUNICATE

Please respond to the email invitation (with a Reply-All, so I don't have to also explicitly copy Shannon on the response) to RSVP.   We'd love it if we had a firm poker roster by midnight the Friday before, but we do understand that sometimes things come up (if you're feeling unwell in a contagious way, please let us know you won't be making it, and we will fully understand).  If you're reaching out on the day of the tournament then emails (until around 2 pm) and texts are best, unless you absolutely have a situation which needs our immediate attention, in which case phone calls are the way to go.
