Grade Level Teachers will be allocated funds of $55 per student for the school year
Specialists (PE, Music, Tech, Science, Library) will be allocated a stipend for the school year
Please tape loose store receipts to back of reimbursement request and to additional sheets of paper as needed (use front and back of paper)
1st and 3rd Mondays of each month @ 8:15 am - Reimbursement requests will be collected from PTA box (mailroom); checks will be mailed out/delivered to school mailboxes by Thursday of that week
Please deposit checks within 2 weeks to allow PTA to reconcile financial statements
Any single item costing more than $100 must be pre-approved by the school principal in advance of purchase
Items purchased with PTA funds are Fairlands property and should remain in the classroom or at school
All reimbursement requests are contingent upon the availability of funds for each staff member’s account
Any unused funds at the end of the year will revert to the general PTA fund and will not carry over to the next school year
Reimbursement will not be granted for the following expenses:
Computers, laptops, printers, iPhones, iPads, tablets and similar
Gift cards
Alcoholic beverages
