A huge thank you to F.A.A.C. for making my day! What a lovely gesture to receive See's Candie's from a gentleman named Hans Bernhardt. I've never tasted this candy before and can't wait to try it when I get home to OKC.

You made my day and made me feel very special. I offered to share with my pilots (I'm the only flight attendant on the EMB 145) and they told me to take it home to share with my kids:)

I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Hans Bernhart. You are just the sweetest passenger ever for giving us crew, the see's chocolate box this morning.Every one who boarded our early morning flight to ORD was all tired and sleepy, BUT you Mr Bernhart have the brightest smile I have ever seen, it lighted the whole cabin. Thank you for your thoughts and kindness and the most important of motivating us to give our best smiles to special passengers like you! We look forward to serving you again on another friendly flight. Thank you

Hi Craig,

What a wonderful and thoughtful surprise for our crew! Your member "Jessie K." was traveling from YVR (Vancouver, Canada) to SFO (San Francisco). As she boarded the aircraft, she handed us a delicious box of Canadian Maple Cream Cookies! 😃

I have been flying for over 25yrs and had never heard of your gracious club. What a great idea!
