Dear Steve and Other Club Members,

I am writing on behalf of my husband and I, who were Flight Attendants onboard your flight to SFO last week. We would like to thank you very much for your kind gift of See's Candies offered to the crew members from the FAAC. The candy was appreciated by all, but most importantly, the kind gesture "made our day".

During these difficult times at United, we appreciate your business more than ever. Your loyalty toward United plays a vital role in our success as a company, and that keeps all of us grateful employees working. Many thanks for the See's candies onboard flt 260 SFO-DEN 9/20. We enjoyed it and the thought behind it. We are not familiar with the F.A.A.C..
