Dear Stephen Ciullo:
I just wanted to thank you again for the chocolates you gave us on this flight. You were so gracious and so kind. We do not experience this behavior very often, and it sometimes shocks us a little. I shared the candy with the cockpit, ground crew, agents, and even the van driver to the hotel that evening. It was a special treat for more individuals than you probably ever imagined. Your kindness is truly endearing, and we will always remember that special little treat. It is nice to know some people have a concept of what our jobs involve, especially since 9/11. I did notice that this was started before then, so you are even more endearing.
Thank you again.

Hi!
I am a United flight attendant...
I received one of your see's candies a long time ago. I belived it was on a 747. I think it was an international flight. I had your web site/url address for a long time and it is only now that I am able to check out FAAC.
Thanks again.
By the way...it really pays to be nice to flight attendants.
I will tell you a story maybe you can put it in your stories in the sky.
We were on a Boeing 757 single aisle plane, going to Denver originating from San Francisco.
Anyway, it was a full flight and we waited for some paasengers connecting to Denver. With the slight delay and the confusion of boarding, In Economy, on row 8E and 8F (near the main entrance doorway) were a couple already seated comfortably together, when another passenger, who seemingly was her first time on a plane and was quite shy and was seeming scared to cause any trouble, came to me and told me that her seat 8F was already occupied. So, I approached the passenger on 8F and asked for her boarding pass, and told her the situation. I told her that I will try to see what is happening and will try to rectify the situation. The original passenger on 8F, who seemed to be a sophiscated and well to do female, was furious and in a loud voice and was almost yelling at me, saying "I am not moving out of this seat. "My husband and I are frequent flyers and we are PREMIERE EXECs, How dare you inconvenience me, and don't you dare move me from my seat." I, of course was still calm, and informed her to please just wait until I sort this out. Evrybody around us heard what MISS 8F have told me.
So, I went to the jet bridge and called the agent up front in the podium, and told him about the situation. The agent told me to put the passenger originally on 8F in First class on seat 1A, since she is a FREQUENT FLYER and a premiere executive at that.
Having remembered the passenger's negative attitude and her demeaning "style' towards me....and also remembering that I BETTER NOT DARE REMOVE HER FROM HER seat. I asked the Agent to just put the other passenegr since Mrs. Original 8F told me not to remove her from her seat and away from her husband.
And so, I went back to the passengers and I said in a voice where everybody around us can hear us. I said "Miss 8F, I am sorry for the confusion and inconvenience a while ago, as you requested , you will be staying on your Original seat on 8F. And for you Miss Shy passenger....Please Follow me to FIRST CLASS. Welcome to FIRST Class.!"
You can hear lots of snickers around that plane. As for Miss 8F, her jaw dropped to the floor and.....her facial expression was priceless! Her husband just gave her that...If you were only nice look on his face...
Thanks...
John

To whom it may concern:
I wanted to say thank you for the gift your organization gave to my crew and me. It was given by Hans Bernhardt...it has been awhile but I wrote myself a note to thank you all. It is not something that goes unnoticed. Thanks for all you do for us. Keep up the good work.

This page was written by a thankful flight attendant in July 2004. You don't need to read it, because it's in Chinese. It was about Craig's July 16 flight from somewhere in Japan to SFO.
Best regards,

Dear Mr. Williams,
I was on your flight from NRT to SFO on the JUL 16, 2004. You were sitting in 26B. And I was working in Economy class. We did not meet but our purser had bought the see's candy to the back and I took the picture of the candy and wrote an article about it and all the nice passengers that I have met during my flying careers and post in my own website.

To every FAAC member:
A fellow flight attendant, and good friend of mine, just sent me your FAAC web site information. It feels good to know that there are customers who appreciate our job.
I have to confess that many times I feel bad when I am at the door saying good by and some customers pass by me, them look at the cockpit and tell to the pilots "thank you guy for a great flight!". I do not want to rest merit to the pilots, but I was the one who spend the last couple of hours serving the passaengers, making the effort to satify the customers and make them to feel confortable, not to mention that I have to be alert in order to assist in case of a health problem, emergencies etc. FAAC comes to the rescue of our moral, and for that I can thank you enough!!!!
