Thank you Hans Bernhardt. In today's world when most people don't appreciate anything around them at all......but have an insane sense of entitlement, your appreciation was a breath of fresh air!!! I can't express that enough. We were your crew from LAX to SJC on Feb 17, 2010. THANK YOU!!!

Hi Craig,
One of my fellow FAs here at JetBlue just told me about your club and I was amazed...I have never run into anybody in my 10 years of flying, and had never heard of your group until tonight.
I just put up a blog post at http://brajit.blogspot.com and have asked my fellow FAs on my blogroll and Twitter to do the same, to see if we can increase your membership.
I am going to have to join myself, as I always travel with candy for crews when commuting to and from work on other airlines, as I don't fly JetBlue, since they do not fly where I live (DFW.)
Looking forward to running into a member soon!
Best Regards,
Brad J. S.

I wanted to say thank you for showing your appreciation to us Flight Attendants. This Morning Mr. Bernhardt came on my flight from Philadelphia to San Fransisco with a large Smile and a large box of chocolates for us. We always love it when some one recognizes us for what we do. Then I saw the sticker on the box, I couldn't wait to get home to see if there really was a F.A.A.C. and what it was all about.
During my brief conversation with Mr. Bernhardt as he was boarding he mentioned that it was the wrong chocolates..... I didn't quite understand, chocolates of any kind are loved when they are given showing appreciation. Our flight had to divert to Phoenix. We were only on the ground long enough to switch planes one gate over. During that short time Mr. Bernhardt took what little time he had to find us a box of See's Chocolate. As he handed me the second box he mentioned that this was what he meant to gives us the first time. After checking out your web site I now understand what he meant by the wrong chocolates.
You may not realize just how many smiles are created with that small gesture. Not only to the three FA's working that flight but also the Pilots and ground agents that we shared them with as well as the story of who gave them to us and why. Then also my family as I shared the story with them.
Thank you Mr. Bernhardt for not only the chocolates but the thought that goes behind the gift. And thank you, also for your thoughtfulness in finding the See's for the unscheduled second boarding of a flight that did not go as you had planned.
Good luck and keep your head in the clouds (double meaning there)
Thank you,
FA Kathleen,
US Airways
P.S.
Forgive me for any errors, it has been a looong day. But an enjoyable sugar rush.

Thank you for the sweet email Craig!
I will be on the look out for one of your members, I'm sure they are one of the folks who would keep me laughing the whole flight (and not the other way around, since I tend to trip and make a dork of myself).
Thank you for being kind, it's been tough getting to my hotel and reading all the mean comments. I'm taking it in stride though. : )
Thank you again,
Brandi

Hello Hans!!
Thank you sooooo much for the chocolates! We definitely needed a sugar high! It was a very thoughtful thing to do. There should be more happy people out there like you! We had a great time chatting also! We love what you guys are doing. Hope to see you again one day:)

Does anyone at the FAAC know of any fun, high spirited competitions which highlight the unique skills and contributions of flight attendants? I am thinking of something along the lines of a relay. I would appreciate any information you could provide.
Sincerely,

Hello Hans Bernhardt,
I'm the Purser from above mentioned flight and I wanted to thank you, also on behalf of my Crew, again for the chocolate you gave to us.
You really made our day and left a deep impression! All of us were really impressed that actually such a Club exists and it made us really happy to know
that we DO get appreciated!
Thanks again and try to get as many members you can in your Club ;-))
Cheers
Nathaly
