I just finished a 10 hour day, feeling over-worked, under-paid, and totally unappreciated by my company. However my day was made brighter today by Craig Williams on my flight from Allentown to Chicago when he presented me with a lovely box of chocolates. What a nice surprise to receive such a sweet gift and to learn there is a club such as this one. Thank you all for what you do, it will not go unnoticed. I am a flight attendant for regional carrier American Eagle. I work the smaller jets and am the only FA on the flight.

I was starting my 4 day trip with a trip from ORD to BWI and as the passengers boarde, Russ Henmi handed my a box of See's Chocolate and said thank you before the flight even started. I had never headr of FAAC before and talked to him a little about it.

It was GREAT way to start off my work week and appreciate the geature very, very much.

Just read about your group on a SWA F/A page. Thanks so much. I am a long term (34 year FA) and quite active with behind the scenes stuff at SW. We actually proposed a "pay it fwd" concept to the company last year and they are currently working on something. Yes we have a challenging job sometimes but the good by far out weigh the bad, and you and your effort is a reminder of this.

Thanks again for what you do and it has not gone unnoticed.

First off, thank you for your recognition! I didn't know there was such a group! You found a Southwest crew recently, and it was posted on Facebook. They were thrilled! Thank you for all you do!! With all of the issues we face everyday, it's nice to know somebody has a big heart and just wants to make others happy!
