June to Hawthorne 2007 ( 2 days, 200 miles)

The plan was to go from June Lake to Hawthorne, NV for a night of gambling fun. 100 miles sounds pretty easy if you aren't aware of the Mono Lake sand traps. Along the way we searched for the legendary singletrack mentioned by a long time Sneakers MC Club member - we didn't find it but there is a small section near Hawthorne.
